HEAD MANAGER

 

The resource, reporting directly to the CEO, will be responsible for the autonomous training, coordination and monitoring of the acquisition plans assigned to the collaborators, in order to ensure the achievement of the agreed commercial objectives, in compliance with defined times and budgets.

Role:


Guarantee the achievement of the commercial targets established by the Management, also through the development of the customer portfolio.
Coordinate and support local teams by promoting their training, communication, harmony to achieve the objectives, in compliance with the highest quality.
Manage complex negotiations in person from the pre-acquisition phase to the presentation of the outputs.

Ensure that the local acquisition processes are carried out in compliance with the strategic objectives defined by the Management.
Prepare monthly reports relating to existing and prospective acquisition activities for the Management.

Skills:


- Solid experience gained in the commercial field, in particular within structured networks.

- Provenance from the real estate sector is preferable.

We are looking for Commercials with experience in the sales of services and / or franchises, resident and operating in every Italian region.

 

After a period of training and coaching, the resource will be included in the Franchising Development Team in the role of Expansion Manager reporting directly to the Head Manager

 

The candidate will take care of the active research, acquisition and development of potential customers interested in the opening of franchised real estate agencies in the assigned area.

 

Main activities:

 

  • Autonomous identification and development of new opportunities;

  • Management of commercial negotiations with potential customers and prospects, from finding the contact to signing the contract;

  • Achievement of personal and development department goals;

  • Report regularly to the Management the trend of opportunities and scouting activities through the use of the company CRM;

 

The ideal candidate:

 

  • Graduate or graduate;
